Thank you to everyone who participated in our Free Summer Fun Day at Twelve Stone Farm this year. In spite of a rainy weather forecast, it ended up being an absolutely lovely day!
Adults got to relax while kids enjoyed everything from corn hole to paddle boards and feeding the horses. Plus everyone enjoyed the homemade popcorn and watermelon slices along with their picnic lunches as they listened to drumming and music in the pavilion.
We estimate we had somewhere around 75 people who enjoyed the farm that day. We raised over $400 for next year’s Healing and Prevention awards. And hopefully, we sent everyone home a little better educated about Child Sexual Abuse prevention.
Below are some photos from our event:
Also special thanks to Terry Hamrick for this lovely video she put together of our music from the event.
There’s not much better than a day on the farm with family, friends, music, laughter and leaving knowing your family is a little bit because you are a little bit wiser about CSA in their world.
